30-Day Return Window

At IRIS & CO, we want you to love your kaftan. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

How to Initiate a Return

Step 3: Receive your return authorization and shipping instructions.

Step 4: Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.

Return Shipping

Domestic Returns: Return shipping is free for US orders. We'll provide a prepaid return label.

International Returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable service.

Once we receive and inspect your return:

We offer free exchanges for size or color within 30 days of delivery. To exchange an item, follow the same return process and indicate your preferred replacement in your return request.
